Terms of Sale:

1. All items are guaranteed to be accurately described. Refunds are limited to original purchase price plus insurance, shipping, and handling fees.

2. Any item ordered through our website may be returned within 10 days of receipt if unsatisfactory for any reason (notification must be made prior to return.)

3. Shipping and insurance charges are additional.

4. Purchases shipped within Pennsylvania are subject to sales tax.

5. All packages will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express unless another carrier is requested.

6. All international shipping will include sales insurance costs and you may be expected to pay customs fees or duties upon receipt or your order.

7. We accept payment by PayPal and check or money order.

Shipping:

At the end of each month, we will mail an invoice to all un-cleared accounts.  Once payment is received and cleared for these orders we will ship all orders.  This can be useful if you order several items from our catalogue over the course of a month as you will pay one shipping charge for all orders.

All items paid using PayPal instant payment will be shipped out within one to three business days. All other orders will be shipped out within one to three business days of receiving cleared payment.  A handling charge will be added to all orders to cover the cost of packaging.  Please see the item description for a description of all associated fees.

NOTE: International customers, you can get an estimate of shipping charges from this website.  However, most of the time I can get lower shipping rates depending on the product.  Please email us for a shipping quote.

Payment:

Payment is expected within thirty days of your purchase.  If you have a problem completing the purchase in this time frame, please email me.  We accept personal checks, money orders, and PayPal.  Items will be shipped after receiving cleared payment (usually five days for PayPal eCheck, seven to ten days for money orders or checks).

Return Policy:

We offer a ten-day money-back guarantee for all purchases from Niagarabooks.net. Any item ordered through our website may be returned within 10 days of receipt if unsatisfactory for any reason (notification must be made prior to return.) Upon receiving the return we will refund you your total purchase price plus any insurance, shipping, and handling fees.
